Methodology and scope

How EAI Works

EAI is designed as a searchable information and reference database. It retrieves, consolidates and structures evidence while preserving source identity, provenance and recognised jurisprudential disagreement.

Evidence order

  1. Qur'an.
  2. Authentic Prophetic Sunnah.
  3. Recognised Sunni jurisprudence, including Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i and Hanbali positions where relevant.
  4. Clearly attributed scholarly interpretation and contemporary guidance where appropriate.

Verification and provenance

EAI does not manufacture consensus, does not rank recognised madhhabs by correctness, and does not fill missing evidence from model memory. Evidence and verification state remain visible to the user.

Reference-service scope

Do not merely present an answer; let the user inspect the evidence, provenance, recognised scholarly differences and verification state behind it.
